Dykes of Gray & Inverarity North, Dundee

Buist Ltd has been part of Springfield Homes’ long-running Dykes of Gray development in Dundee for a number of years, contributing to the construction of private homes, flats, and small commercial units across multiple phases.

The most recently completed phase, Inverarity, delivered 48 new homes, and Buist Ltd has since built the showhome for the upcoming Inverarity North phase – a long standing project the team is proud to have worked on since 2019 and will be continuing into this year as construction gets underway.
