Project Management
If you are thinking about building a new home, renovating or extending your existing home we can help. We provide a high quality ‘start to finish’ building service tailored to meet your needs, including design, project management, groundworks and construction. Regardless of project size, we are committed to providing our clients with a professional and individual service.
Our primary role is to ensure that construction projects are completed on-time and within budget and that we meet client objectives.
Our aims are to:
- Focus on the client’s needs and give our personal commitment
- Build trust and display integrity
- Identify and resolve issues
- Liaise with designers, subcontractors, clients and third parties
- Perform effectively within tight time-scales, keep within strict budgets and create a positive client relationship throughout the contract.
- Manage the day-to-day working, ensuring the correct material turns up before a job starts, liaising with other construction professionals and ensuring Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur.
- Work hard on ‘anticipation’ rather than problem solving after the event
- Maintain a communicative and proactive line throughout the project.
We will ensure best practice and keen and fair pricing to achieve the best value build.
